The muscles account for most of the body's energy consumption. When physically active,
your body obtains the energy it requires from fats, carbohydrates and oxygen and in so doing burns fat. From
this, it follows that people who engage in little physical activity or work in sedentary occupations
should consume as little fat as possible.
